04 Description of Service

Nexium Priv provides a custom cheat software. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation. Performance may vary depending on target game updates.

05 Standard Conditions

• Our software only supports Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems. Other versions are not guaranteed.
• Execution under virtual machines (VMs) or cloud environments (VPS) is not supported.
• An active internet connection is required throughout the entire duration of software usage.

06 License & Subscription

An active subscription license is required to run our software. Licenses are tied to a single computer hardware signature (HWID) and cannot be shared.

07 Disclaimer of Warranty

Our software is provided "as is" without warranties. Nexium Priv is not responsible for any in-game bans or accounts terminated. All use is at the user's own risk. No refunds are provided.

08 Termination

Reversing, debugging, sharing licenses, or executing attacks against our infrastructure will result in immediate and permanent license termination without notice.

09 Prohibited Uses

Game developers, anti-cheat staff, or entities associated with anti-cheat corporations are strictly prohibited from using our software. Legal action will be taken against violators.

10 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for complying with local laws and game rules while using our software. You must keep your credentials secure.

11 Limitation of Liability

Nexium Priv will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or hardware failure) arising from the use of our software.

12 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Nexium Priv, superseding any prior verbal or written agreements.

13 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14 Waiver

Failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
